While PAX Brokerage may be a newer presence in terms of its physical office, its foundation is anything but inexperienced. Founders Lida Bonner (Broker) and Neil Hilkert (Real Estate Agent) bring extensive backgrounds in real estate.

Neil Hilkert, co-founder of PAX Brokerage, LLC, is a highly respected real estate attorney with a distinguished background in a wide range of property-related transactions. His track record includes successfully resolving complex matters such as construction defects, mortgage contingencies, quiet title actions, rightful property ownership claims, HOA disputes, and more.

In addition to his legal expertise, Neil has been a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Agent Salesperson for 18 years and is an experienced business owner. This rare blend of legal acumen, real estate sales knowledge, and business negotiation skills enables Neil, and his partner, Lida Bonner, to create a truly unique real estate brokerage. Together, with their team, they provide buyers and sellers with insights and risk-reducing guidance that few others in the industry can offer, making the process of buying or selling a property a more secure and reliable experience. .

Outside of real estate, Neil and his wife, Phyllis, enjoy staying active and fit, working on their property, and exploring the outdoors across their 300 acre farm  in scenic central Pennsylvania.

Lida Bonner, co-founder of PAX Brokerage, LLC, has been investing in real estate since her early adulthood. As both a property owner and landlord, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the market—understanding the needs and challenges of buyers, sellers, and investors alike. As a former business owner in the sales-marketing arena, Lida was a successful  provider of business services to several Fortune One-Hundred companies. In addition to her hands-on experience, Lida is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a respected Real Estate Attorney, and Partner at PAX Legal, Inc., which offers clients a distinct advantage when it comes to navigating property matters, including transactional negotiations and litigation.

Lida has represented clients in various property matters, including resolving fraudulent deed issues and quiet title actions,  and representing individuals, planned communities and associations across all five surrounding counties. With a strong foundation in finance, Lida provides buyers and sellers with valuable insights that go beyond traditional brokerage services, helping to reduce risk and close deals with confidence.

Outside of her professional life, Lida enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Mac, their three children, and their three dogs.

With a multifaceted background as a real estate attorney, licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, portfolio manager, and business owner, Keith Mecca brings a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective to virtually every real estate matter. His extensive expertise powers each client interaction, along with a dynamic, solution-oriented energy immediately apparent from the first meeting.

Keith’s deep industry knowledge extends into specialized areas rarely found in traditional brokerage settings. He offers particular strength in raising capital for asset acquisitions, as well as in the retail and residential spaces in the PA and NJ markets.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Keith is passionate about family and lacrosse, a sport he played at the collegiate level for Drexel University. Later, Keith served as an assistant coach for the Villanova University Men’s team and as General Manager for the Philadelphia Barrage of Major League Lacrosse.

Keith holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law and is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
